When I opted for a la carte pricing, the options available when I first signed up were no longer accessible when I wanted to add more services. It was unclear whether this was due to organizational changes or issues with a particular program advisor who frequently missed our scheduled calls and was slow to respond to emails.In summary, Sam is a true gem and a valuable asset to Collegewise.
