How Jon Helped My Daughter Succeed**

My daughter, Elizabeth, partnered with Jon Tarella for several years. Discovering Jon was somewhat accidental. In 2015, Elizabeth, who has a learning disability, called me from school in tears because she was struggling with algebra. As a freshman, she felt anxious about moving to a new high school and was starting to fall behind in her math class. I assured her we would find a way. That day, I located a local tutoring center and took her there immediately after picking her up from school. However, when we arrived, the center was locked. I tried calling but got no response. Feeling uncertain, I considered reaching out to her school counselor for tutoring recommendations. Just then, a woman from the nearby yoga studio approached us. She noticed us waiting and mentioned that the tutoring center hadnt been active for days but knew of another tutoring place across town that might help. We drove to the second center, Ivy Learning, which later became Collegewise. This marked the beginning of a four-year journey with Jon. Over those years, he supported Elizabeth in numerous ways. He understood her unique learning style and how she processed information. Jon not only helped her excel in math but also assisted her with chemistry. He guided her through writing college essays and, when she decided on her college choices and needed a specific ACT score, Jon was there to help her achieve it. He played a crucial role in helping her navigate high school and gain admission to her dream college. Even when she started college, Jon continued to support her via FaceTime. She recently completed her junior year, earning a B in college algebra. I am incredibly grateful to him. He boosted her confidence and expanded her knowledge with patience and kindness. Knowing she was in such capable hands lifted a tremendous weight from our shoulders. We can’t thank him enough for all he did to help us.
