Navigating College Applications as an International Student with Limited Finances**

As an international student with modest financial means, participating in the scholars program was an amazing chance for me. This initiative, where CollegeAdvisor offers their resources gratis to students who can’t afford their services, seems to continue into the next academic year.At the beginning of my experience, I felt quite uncertain and struggled to understand the college application process, especially with only a few free consultancy sessions available. However, Mr. Abubakar Mian proved to be an indispensable resource. He exceeded expectations by investing additional time and expertise beyond what was necessary, and I can only imagine the outstanding support he and CollegeAdvisor extend to their paying clients. Personally, it was a significant learning experience, allowing me to correct my mistakes and develop both personally and as an applicant to U.S. universities. Reflecting on my journey, I realize it wasn’t solely about creating college lists, preparing for interviews, and writing essays. With his guidance, I gained a clearer sense of my life objectives and a substantial boost in confidence. Mr. Abubakar Mian served not just as an application mentor but also as someone who assisted me with decisions affecting my life path, and Im certain his students would agree. While I can’t speak for the entire CollegeAdvisor team, I can confidently say that my time with them was fantastic, and I look forward to celebrating my regular decision outcomes.
