Thrilled with Our Positive Four-Month Experience with Empowerly as Juniors Parents

As a junior’s parent, after nearly four months of collaborating with Empowerly, our experience has been exceptionally positive.The intake team was responsive, addressing all my numerous inquiries about their services through video calls and emails, and the onboarding was seamless.We were paired with counselor Mr. Shahrukh Malik, who has been remarkably supportive of my student’s application journey. He gently highlighted areas that needed improvement and how to tackle them, while also recognizing strengths in my student’s accomplishments. I’ve participated in the initial counseling sessions, where Mr. Malik shared relevant information and actionable steps, helping us devise a plan for summer activities.As a parent, it’s comforting to have someone with such extensive knowledge who is genuinely committed to my student’s future. He responds promptly to emails and offers flexible scheduling, which is convenient for busy parents and active high school students.For instance, when my student was submitting senior year course selections and required urgent guidance to meet deadlines, Mr. Malik was able to accommodate us despite having no immediate session openings. Overall, our experience has been excellent so far.
