Appointment No-Show and Lack of Professionalism

We had arranged a Zoom meeting with their college advisors Jeffrey D. and Veronica R. for 6 PM, but they never appeared. Our schedules are tight, and we had to cancel other plans to attend this appointment. A notification via email, text, or phone call would have been appreciated. Their behavior was highly unprofessional. Given the hefty price of their services, it’s disappointing they couldn’t even honor the initial meeting.
