Assistance in Compiling the School List

Dr. Makeda Turner offered outstanding support throughout our application process from spring to fall 2024. She assisted us in forming our list of target and reach schools, which was extremely beneficial. Even though we already had a list, Dr. Turner helped us review each institution, provided suggestions on which schools to eliminate, and recommended additional options we hadn’t considered. When it came to the actual applications, her guidance on essay structure and intellectual positioning was vital. Dr. Turner remained a reliable mentor from spring 2024, focusing on strategic summer actions, all the way through the fall application period.
