Ignored by My Counselor Steer Clear of This Company

I highly recommend avoiding this company. As a senior set to graduate in ’25, I began collaborating with Solomon in my sophomore year. However, by the summer before my senior year, my counselor completely stopped respondingno edits, no emails, no support. The college list my counselor provided felt impersonal, leaving me to compile my own. Midway through my senior year, I had to switch counselors, disrupting any strategic planning. I sent three emails requesting meetings to discuss my ED options, but each was denied with the reason that she “didn’t have time.” Despite maintaining a 4.2 GPA, engaging in research with Stanford, ranking in the top 40 at my school, and having outstanding extracurriculars, I ended up attending Northeastern due to the lack of guidance. If being ignored by your counselor isnt enough of a reason, then dont use this company. Its my biggest regret.
