My College Journey as a First-Generation African Student

Navigating the college application process was entirely new to me. As a first-generation student from Africa, I didn’t have anyone around who could guide me toward my dreams of studying abroad. My strategist and mentor were incredibly supportive! I truly valued the assistance and the time they dedicated to walking me through each step. They were always on time, explained things in simple terms, and regularly checked in to make sure I was making the right decisions. They helped me create a list of potential colleges and significantly improved my writing skills! I absolutely loved Crimson and still do!!!!
