Our AcceptU Journey Was Just Okay

Our journey with AcceptU was mediocre. We were hoping for a more customized experience, which wasnt delivered. Being a large company, it lacked the personal touch you might get from a dedicated counselor or a smaller firm. The counselor assigned to us was inexperienced. Although they came from the admissions team, they didnt have the necessary background to help our student with the application process effectively. Additionally, the company frequently sent numerous emails suggesting that parents should stay out of the process and let the students handle it themselves. Looking back, this was a mistake for us. It would have been nice to receive some communication from them after the acceptance and rejection decisions were made, but instead, there was complete silence. Given the financial investment and the importance of the process, this was disappointing. We definitely wont be using their services again.
