Our Experience Was Less Than Satisfactory

We didn’t have a good experience, mainly because our counselor Marie wasn’t attentive enough. Empowerly does care and is trying to make things right. However, since our child is now in college, it’s uncertain if more time is needed, especially as no credits were offered. I probably wouldn’t recommend their services. They did mention they would assist with transfer applications if our daughter chooses to, but that’s two years away, and it’s unclear if they’ll follow through when the time comes. So, I’m giving a neutral rating. If they do fulfill their promises, I’ll update my review to a more positive one.
