Participated in an Online Seminar

I took part in an online seminar and found it to be quite good. A gentleman from Southern California, whose name I can’t recall, had a strong understanding of the material.I scheduled a call for 12:00 today. Received a missed call at 11:59, along with a voicemail that included a callback number and a message stating the representative would attempt to reach me again soon.I returned the call right at 12:00 and once more at 12:01. By 12:23, there was still no response. I had planned my morning around this call, and with the clear no-show, I felt compelled to leave a review in hopes of saving someone elses time.
