Service Experience

The consultant was excellent overall, but we faced some challenges with scheduling and flexibility on a few occasions when our daughter had important school deadlines and finals. He mentioned he couldn’t allocate extra time for her due to other students, which was difficult for us. Aside from that, everything else was great.
