Participated in an Online Event

Took part in an online event, and it was quite good. A gentleman from Southern California, whose name escapes me, clearly understood the topic well.I set up a call for 12:00 today. Just before noon at 11:59, I got a missed call and a voicemail with a number to call back, plus a message indicating the representative would try to contact me again soon.I called back right at 12:00 and then again at 12:01. By 12:23, there was still no answer. I had planned my morning based on this call, and with the no-show, I felt it necessary to leave a review to possibly save someone elses time.
